Double room in modern flatshare | Liverpool Street

Hi,

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our lovely, spacious flat close to Liverpool Street Station.

The room is available from 31 October and is £1,650 per month excluding bills. It’s a good-sized room with air conditioning, and you’ll be sharing the bathroom with one other person. Please note that the room with be unfurnished with only the build-in bed and wardrobes remaining.

The flat itself is modern, spacious and very well kept, with everything feeling new and nicely finished - we also have bi-weekly professional cleaning.

A little about us: we both work full-time in banking and insurance in the City and tend to spend most of our time outside the flat. We’re looking for someone who is also working full-time and enjoys a calm, clean and friendly home.

We’re both easy-going and social, but - as everyone - also value having our own space. We would enjoy occasionally grabbing a pint at the pub, having dinner together or watch a movie in our separate TV room.
