Double room in modern flatshare | Liverpool Street

Hello,

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our lovely, spacious flat close to Liverpool Street Station.

The room is available from 31 October and is £1,650 per month, excluding bills. It’s a good-sized room with air conditioning, and you’ll be sharing the flat with only two other people, one of whom you’ll share bathroom with.

Please note that the room with be unfurnished with only the build-in bed and wardrobes remaining.

The flat itself is modern, spacious and very well kept, with everything feeling new and nicely finished - we also have bi-weekly professional cleaning.

A little about us: we both work full-time in banking and insurance in the City and tend to spend most of our time outside the flat. We’re looking for someone who is also working full-time and enjoys a calm, clean and friendly home.

We’re both easy-going and social, but - as everyone - also value having our own space. We would enjoy occasionally grabbing a pint at the pub, having dinner together or watch a movie in our separate TV room.
