I am moving out of my current flat at the end of November and am looking for someone to replace me. The room is a large double in an absolutely incredible location, perfect for a city worker or student.
0-5 minute walk from Moorgate and Old street station
5-10 minute walk to shoreditch high street and Liverpool street stations

There are loads of bars and restaurants at a short walk so you can get there easily but still have the benefit of being in a quiet location

The housemates are both professionals really nice, tidy and friendly.

The bedroom comes with a large double bed, a shelf, mirror and a really huge wardrobe.
There is a really nice shared kitchen with a dishwasher. The shower and toilet are separate (makes getting ready in the morning easier) and the shower floor is heated!

All bills are included (electricity, gas , water, internet) and there are cleaners provided by the agency for the common areas.

The room will be let through an agent, for better pictures please ask.
