Double room in near Moorgate,old street

Hi there!

I have a spacious double room to rent out. This is a two bedroom flat with a private terrace(perfect),which means we can have a sunbathing or do some barbecues on weekends.

The flat is well located in Central London, 5 mins walk from moorgate or old street tube station, and many other buses. Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose are all near by, plus many restaurants in this area. Very suitable for professionals who go to work in the City.

The rent is £1125 per calender month or £260 per week, including bills(gas, electricity, water, internet, council tax).

I am looking for a person who is clean and tide, and would like to share a glass of wine with me but also respect to each others, because I hope to make it as our home.
