I am leaving my room in Barbican as I am moving to my own flat and I am looking for somebody to take it over. The room is fully furnished and has a large wardrobe.
You will share the kitchen with three other flatmates, working in IT and in finance. It has all the appliances you would need (microwave, oven, washing machine and dryer). The bathroom is to be shared with two flatmates (one has an en suite room) and is of good size.
This room is ideal for a city worker that does not like the commute. The gym is next door, the Waitrose and Tesco are close and the Barbican Centre is across the street.
The rent is 802 pounds per month all included (bills, council tax and internet). The minimum stay is until early November but this can be extended. The room is available now and I am happy to let people visit from this Thursday.
