Start renting from 06/11 (as the earlist date) to 08/31. Looking for a tenant for the entire renting period.
Price: 300 pw. Bills are included. You have to make a full payment (479pw) to the accomodation first to complete the contract transfer and I'll pay the difference to you directly and privately after that.

Notice: no smoking and pets are allowed. Only student can apply. Contract will be transferred via Yugo (the official and original accomodation platform). Beddings are not provided. All decorations presented in the photos and video will be removed before renting.
