I am releasing my apartment available mid-August (negotiable) because I am going back to France. This is a one-bedroom 1st-floor apartment of 32 sqm ideally located next to St Paul and City Thames Link Station (2 mins walk) and Chancery Lane (5 mins walk). Postcode EC4A.

It is furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, and a sofa (bed) in the living room. The bathroom is superb and the landlord is awesome.

I leave it reluctantly. The building is super secured and the neighbours are very quiet.

The price is £425 without bills per week (I don't fix it, no need to negotiate or moan), you will have to go through an agency (Dexter fantastic with us) if you are interested.
