Spacious double room in the heart of London Fields

I am looking for a flat mate to fill a vacant room on 2 bed flat in a cinema conversion building for 3-4 months.

This flat is located 4 minutes away from London fields and Broadway market. Columbia flower market and Victoria Park are also walking distance within 10-15 minutes.

You will be sharing this flat with myself only - I’m in my 30s and work in finance - 7am-5pm.
I am looking for a considerate, clean and respectful flat mate to share this peaceful flat with.

I like making my flat cosy to call home, watching netflix after work, cooking dinner as well as jogging at Vicky park, daily Spinning classes at 6am, Saturday Broadway market and brunching with friends. I have been into fitness so I try to be active and healthy as much as possible.

I would be happy to share odd glass of wine at home with you but also I respect your own space and privacy.

I have my own bathroom, so the shared bathroom in the picture is mostly for yourself - But my guests will use the shared bathroom and it will not be completely private. I might have a bath for my girly evenings in.

Bills - would be roughly £100 (EDF, water, internet, council tax etc)
Contract - This will be a sublet from me as I might move out before summer therefore you would not be able to get a legal contract unfortunately. I hope it would not be an issue for you.

Move in date is negotiable but looking to find someone who can do 3 months(minimum/maximum) for now but negotiable/ single occupancy only /this is not a party flat and relatively quiet place to have a peaceful time.
