One of our flatmates is moving back to France so one room will be available from the 1st of February.

The room has a built in wardrobe and comes with drawers. It is compact but can fit in more furniture like the computer desk as the current flatmate has. Rent is £730 per month and deposit is 5 weeks rent. The rent includes all bills (council tax, gas, electric, water and internet) as well as all cleaning materials and toilet roll.

The flat itself is spacious, light and very homely, there's a large shared living room, modern eat-in kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet and an absolute gem of a laundry room which makes life a whole lot easier when it comes to four people drying clothes! It's super close to London Fields park and the lido and Broadway and Columbia Road markets,

You'll be living with three girls, all professionals. we're looking for a friendly, clean and social female who would be up for a house dinner/wine/TV binge but also comfortable doing their own thing.
