Lovely room in a 2 bed flat on a quiet street next to London fields. Price including all bills.
It’s a toasty warm flat with double glazing and constant hot water, a large kitchen, the large front room is kept relatively sparse as it doubles up for yoga and occasional photography studio. It is a modern flat in a Victorian terrace with a vintage / art deco aesthetic. A Garden, Good broadband, washing machine etc.
The bedroom is a good size with the double bed on a mezzanine with handrail, fully furnished, sofa and plenty of storage space.

Sharing with a 53 yo creative, active, well travelled man with no children but friendly cat named Greta.
I practice yoga and love to cook healthy veggie food. Sociable who also likes to keep his own company too. I am pretty relaxed, left leaning and into the arts. I manage a film & photography studio which keeps me busy and out of the flat lots.

It's a 2 minute walk to London Fields Overground station. 1 minute to bus stops into town and Bethnal Green, the nearest tube. Less than a minute walk to London Fields with its heated outdoor swimming pool and next to Broadway Market. Plentiful restaurants and shops within a 1 min walk.
