Lovely double room in the centre of Hackney

Hi! As I am moving out I am looking for someone to take over my room. The room is in a loft apartment in the middle of Hackney. You'll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with only one other flatmate, my good friend Pete.

The area is lovely, London Fields is right at your doorstep, Broadway Market is only a short walk and Hackney Central is less than 10 minutes by foot.

Ideally I'm looking for someone to take over the room from Dec 18th. Rent is £600PCM, deposit is one month's rent. Bills are not much. Water and internet is included en gas + light is shared with the apartment under us. We do this in rounds, we all pay in £50 about every 1 or 2 months.

We rent this apartment via an agent, they have been great to us in the 1.5 year I've been living here. Before moving in they will do a reference check. There are no fees to amend the contract.
