Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom available in two-bed flat in Hackney. Ideally located inbetween London Fields and Victoria Park. 10 min bus ride from Bethnel Green and 5 mins from Hackney Central, directly across from London Fields Overground.

Move-in date would ideally be between end-Sept to mid-Oct, will need to pass reference checks by landlord 3-4 weeks before.

My partner and I are looking for someone to take the 2nd bedroom in our flat. Room is good size with built-in closet and ensuite bath w/ shower. Spacious entryway, kitchen, and living room are shared. Flat is on 5th floor with good views, serviced by elevator. Bike storage area available also.

Room comes equipped with basic furniture.

We are a social but easy-going couple, would like to find a housemate who's looking for a respectful and friendly atmosphere. We've really enjoyed being in this flat, the location is great with many pubs, restaurants, parks, etc nearby. Fairly easy to walk or catch public transit to various parts of the city.

Looking for someone who would like to take the room for a year. Rent does not include bills, we split these evenly and works out to about £75/mo.
