We have a double room available in a 2 bedroom ground floor flat with a separate living room walking distance to Hackney Central and London Fields Stations.

The flat is modern looking and in great condition, bathroom and kitchen are equipped and flat furnished all around.

The location is great. The flat is on a very quiet street and less than 5 mins walk to London Fields station. Broadway market is 5 minutes walk as well and so is Hackney Central and all the main shops that you will need including a large Tesco and M&S.

Other tenant is a very friendly 32 year old professional.

The flat can be viewed immediately and the room is available to move in from 21st December as one of the tenant is moving abroad.

The rooms are equal in size, the available room is the on last 2 pictures with pink bed cover. Room comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk with a chair. The room has been rearranged since but the picture gives a good idea about the furniture and sizes.

Separate Lounge but open kitchen, bathroom is with bath tub.

Excellent location but flat is off the main road so quiet and looking to back garden.

Tenants are responsible for paying the bills: council tax, water, broadband and electricity (electricity heating and cooker so no gas bill).
