Our light and airy penthouse has long views south, east and west. It’s the top floor of a converted Victorian schoolhouse, oriented to catch all available sun, with south-facing terrace and lounge.

The room faces east, with great views of the station platform away and below. The room has an en-suite bathroom and shared use of kitchen, lounge, dining area and terrace.

London Fields station is 2 mins walk – Liverpool Street in 10 mins. We have 50m of year-round heated lido 2 mins walk away! The flat has loads of space! All bills included, EXCEPT the electricity bill which is shared.

We’re offering a comfortable room in our friendly, arts-focused flat. This space would suit someone who works outside the home - or perhaps hybrid, freelance on the go, or often out on jobs - rather than someone working mostly from home. Perfect if you need a relaxed base to return to.

You’d be living with a group of young professionals from creative fields. Our adult son (25, a sound engineer) and his partner (28, a creative writer from Iceland) share the flat, along with another couple from Ireland - a fashion designer and an events manager. It’s a sociable home with an easygoing, international feel.

Although we are live-in landlords, we’re theatre performers and will be away most of the coming months, working in southern Spain on a new studio project - so we'll rarely be at home.
