Our light and airy penthouse has long views south, east and west. It’s the top floor of a converted Victorian schoolhouse, oriented to catch all available sun, with south-facing terrace and lounge. The room faces east, with great views of the station platform away and below. The room has an ensuite bathroom and shared use of kitchen, lounge, dining area and terrace. London Fields station is 2 mins walk – Liverpool Street in 10 mins. We have 50m of year-round heated lido 2 mins walk away! The bedroom door locks for peace of mind. The flat has loads of space! All bills included, EXCEPT the electricity bill which is shared.
The room would suit someone who works "not from home", who enjoys the arts, and wants somewhere temporarily.
We are live in land lords, but as we are theatre performers and are setting up a creation studio over the winter months in Southern Spain we are rarely there. Our adult son, Roo and his partner live in the flat too plus another couple who are lodging with us short term.
