Huge Ensuite Room At The Top Of Broadway Market

The most gorgeous flat with the best housemates ever is up for grabs! I am so so gutted to be leaving this wonderful flat but unfortunately due to my job being at risk I am having to leave! :'(

Location
The flat is literally right next to London Fields, at the top of Broadway Market, such a cool area with loads of bars and things to do. You are also a 5 min walk to London Fields overground station.

The housemates
You will be living with two girls in their mid 30s, Emma and Sam. They both work in the music industry and are so much fun. They do workouts in the morning if you fancy joining in, but also love a drink and a party (even in the living room, bloody lockdown) at the weekend. They are much more than just housemates, anyone would be lucky to have them as friends!

The room
The pictures don't do this room justice, its bloody huuuuge! It has its own ensuite, so no fighting for the bathroom in the mornings, and a massive window that looks over onto Netil Market, perfect for people watching!

The flat
There is a big open plan living room and kitchen, which is great for socialising. There is also a dishwasher, and tumble dryer, as well as a little hidden space to hang your clothes so you don't have to have them in the communal areas or your room. There is also a surprising amount of storage, with two massive built in cupboards, in case (like me) you have loads of stuff that you drag around London with you.

Bills
Rent is £933 a month then bills are a flat rate of £97 a month on top, so no sudden surprises in cost each month!

Move in date is flexible, so just get in touch if you have any questions or would like to meet the girls and view the room!
