Short let double room in London Fields flat

Hello,

There is a double room available in my flat for six months from January.

It's a two bedroom flat (living with me) with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony.

The bedroom has a generous built-in wardrobe, a double bed and a desk. Please see the video for the most recent decoration - apologies that the photographs of the bedroom are a little outdated.

The flat is located about four minutes walk from London Fields lido and close to a handful of cafes and pubs. Broadway Market is just on the other side of the park. There are a few supermarkets nearby: Lidl, Tesco, a small M&S and a Sainsbury's are all about 14 minutes walk away. Despite having a lot of great things on the doorstep, it is a quiet road with a neighbourly feel.

There is parking directly outside, for which you need visitor permits and they cost about £5 a day, as well as a communal garden and allotments.

Nearby stations include: Hackney Central, Dalston Junction and London Fields.

About me: I work in journalism and therefore have a variable shift pattern. The sub-let is only six months because I am hoping to move overseas for work next year. It would be great to have someone around who would like to share the occasional dinner or go to the pub / to the market for a coffee. I also value my own time to recuperate! In my spare time I enjoy the arts - live music, theatre etc. I also like getting active and go swimming/climbing/hiking/dancing!

I'd like someone to feel at home here, if even if it's only for a short period. The only requirements are that the flat is kept clean and tidy so that we can both enjoy it.
