Room with a small double bed in a 4 bedroom flat in prime London Fields location - directly opposite Pophams, Patty & Bun and Lardo. Nearby you have the Pub on the Park, 2 gyms, lido, tennis courts, cricket pitch, basketball courts, Picturehouse cinema, library, big Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury’s local (open until 11pm daily), legendary Hackney Empire theatre and countless pubs/coffee shops/restaurants/bars/bakeries. If you’re not a cyclist there’s 4 overground stations to choose from and a multitude of bus routes. We’re also a short walk from the canal if you’re a towpath walker/jogger/cyclist or into stand up paddleboarding.

The flat itself is split level with underfloor heating, car parking spaces, indoor cycle storage and a huge roof terrace with a BBQ. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with 2 people (the 4th bedroom is en-suite)

PLEASE NOTE: the room is VERY small (and contains a small double bed), so please be mindful of this if it's a dealbreaker but you're thinking of requesting a viewing anyway. Similarly, the cupboard pictured has a boiler inside - it's not a wardrobe/storage cupboard! There are plenty of other storage opportunities in the room we would be delighted to help you with. The room is ideal for someone who doesn't spend too much time in there & prefers to chill in the incredible living space we have.

Also worth noting that there's limited space to work so it'd be preferable if you don't need to work from home!

You’ll be living with Nicki, Seb and Ed - we spend most of our time drinking coffee, cycling, running and plotting to save the world. Other than this, as long as you’re chilled, not a Tory and clean up after yourself, you’ll fit in well. Please message to arrange a viewing and bear with us as we're anticipating a lot of interest.

NB: the photos do not reflect the current setup of the room (ie what it'll look like if you come and view it) because the current occupant switched things up and will be taking some of the furniture with her.
