I'm Mark, 39, a design engineer working in Fine Art, which basically means I collaborate with Artists to design and build static and kinetic sculpture works for galleries and the public realm. I keep the place pretty tidy and use a local cleaning service twice a month. The house is smoke-free but the balcony is all yours.
