Double Bedroom, London Fields, Available Now

Hi,

We have a lovely double bedroom becoming available to rent NOW located in Arthaus building, London Fields.

THE LOCATION:
It's a 5 minute walk from London Fields Station, and about 8 minutes from Hackney Central. We're only a few minutes walk from London Fields itself, Pub on the Park, and 10 minutes from Broadway Market, as well as plenty of restaurants on our doorstep. Columbia Road is also about a 15 minute walk for those of you with green fingers.

THE BUILDING:
We have access to a communal Roof Terrace (which was an absolute dream in lockdown 1). We cant wait to be back up there as the weather gets better. There is a 24-hour concierge located in the building (who always pick up our parcels!) There's also a small outdoor area as w're on the ground floor. If you like cycling we've also got access to an underground bike storage. If you prefer driving there's a monthly parking spot available underneath to the building at a cost. There's also plenty of storage which is a big plus.

THE FLATMATES:
There will be 4 of us (including you). All young professionals aged between 25 - 34. Two of us (Sean and Piers) work in Entrepreneurship - not entrepreneurs ourselves) and Clarissa works in Film & Media. Unfortunately Laura, current flat matte living in this amazing house has to move to a different part of London due to work.

We're a social and friendly flat (but equally appreciate alone time), and we've been living together for a year and a half so far. We like doing the usual things in our spare time, cooking, eating, having a few drinks, watching films & TV. We've also got a spin bike and enough room in the living room to roll out a yoga mat if that's your thing.

We like to keep the flat tidy, please no mucky pups. We also have a cleaner who comes in every couple of weeks which would be at a small extra cost. We've also got a dishwasher, bread maker, washing machine, the usual.
