We are looking for 1x friendly sociable guy to join our house.
We are likely doing viewings on the evening of 10 and 11 November TBC.
Room: (Available from 24 November): £860 including bills. Lower floor room (3 floors), with space for a desk for those working from home. The room is just below ground level with a large window that opens out into a safe space. As the room is fairly small, most of the furniture is in the hallway for additional storage for clothes which could be altered within reason.
House:
We have a driveway out the front of the house where it is possible to have BBQs. We also have a large living & dining area to socialise.
Bills:
Within the rent there is £130 to cover all bills, council tax, Wi-Fi, electricity, cleaner etc.
About us:
We tend to like the usual social norms, sports, Netflix, cooking, exercise, cycling walking, drinks generally at weekends, etc. It's not a 'party' house but we like to go out and hold the occasional BBQ/party on weekends no mor than once a month, but they tend to see the early hours of the morning.... Conveniently, we live opposite Pub on The Park, one of Hackney's best pubs!
Rocky (dog):
We have a very chilled house Labrador! So for those who aren't dog-friendly, it's probably not the place for you. If he hears commotion/dogs barking outside in the park he can bark, but it's minimal. He is however very loving and an absolutely softy... Be prepared for him to melt your heart.
