Looking for someone to sublet my room for the remainder of my lease through April 15th, as I’m moving back to Canada - room available as early as 1 November though I can be flex on a Nov move-in date, and lease ends 14th April 2022 with option to renew lease after that

You’ll be sharing with a clean, tidy, considerate and friendly female flatmate from USA. She’s a co-investor in the F45 gym located below our building, and daytime works in Soho at a digital agency in strategy.

You are a professional, clean, tidy, considerate and friendly. You’re occasionally up for cooking a meal together, or watching a new Netflix show, while equally respectful of each other’s own lives and space.
Unfortunately no pets are allowed per lease term.
