SHORT TERM Double Room in Mews with garden mar-may

Looking for a short term let while I'm away from 17th March - 16th May. Will be mainly considering women due to it being an all girls house at the moment.

The house is situated on a gated mews (three houses in total) just north of London Fields on a street of independent shops, cafes and pubs. The house is set back off the street so is pretty quiet. 5/10 minute walk to London Fields, Hackney Central/Downs, Dalston Junction Overgrounds.

Downstairs is a living room which leads out to the patio garden. There is a dining table, sofa, tv, as well as a desk we share for WFH. There is a separate kitchen with fridge, freezer and brand-new washing machine and a slim dishwasher. Upstairs are two equal sized bedrooms and the bathroom.

The room comes with a king size bed, large wardrobe and bedside tables. It overlooks the garden and is very quiet and gets some evening sun. I will be leaving some stuff such as books in my room, but the rest will be empty for you. The door can be locked from the inside.

You'll be sharing with Rachel, a lovely aussie girl in her early 30s who works in the office tues-thursday usually.

Rent is 850pcm and bills come to around £190 on top of that (council tax , gas/electric, tv license, internet and water).
The sublet is cleared with our amazing landlord, you will need to sign a sublet contract organised by him. Deposit is £500 or no deposit if the two months are paid upfront.
