We are looking for someone to rent this flat out short time while it is on the market and being sold ( the property will be sold Jan / Feb / March ). The flat will have to be rented via Airbnb due to it being a short let.

Open to anyone wanting it monthly or 3 month term.

It can be part furnished ( similar to photos but not exactly - Bed , sofa and dining table ) or unfurnished depending on your preference.

The price includes water , gas and electric ( fair usage ) , WiFi and possibly council tax .
