We are looking for someone to rent this flat out while it is on the market and being sold ( the property will be sold around March ). The flat will have to be rented via Airbnb due to new laws and it being a short let , the price is reflected to take into account Airbnb fees and all bills.

Open to anyone wanting it over three months.

It can be part furnished ( similar to photos but not exactly - Bed , sofa and dining table ) or unfurnished depending on your preference.

The price includes water , gas and electric ( fair usage ) , WiFi and council tax .
