Short Term Let, Furnished Double Room, Hackney

I am going away for at least two weeks 19 - 31 Jan (possibly longer) and so i'm looking for a short term tenant for my spare double bedroom.

This would suit someone looking for a short term rental for those dates.

The flat is fully furnished and you will have use of the flat on your own while i am away. It's in a brilliant location right next to London Fields park and station.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful to rent the room whilst i'm away.

The price is £450 per week plus bills. You can expect to pay between £40 - 60 extra for the 2 weeks for the bills depending on how much electricity you use. This will be calculated and charged at the end of the rental.
