Double bedroom available in my flat as my housemate is moving in with his GF.

The flat is 2 bed 2 bathroom, spacious, quiet and bright with floor to ceiling windows throughout. There is underfloor heating throughout which is great! There is a large storage cupboard in the hallway too. There is also a private hallway at the entrance to the flat to store a bike too if needed.

The room is a furnished double with large wardrobe and chest of drawers. Floor to ceiling window with plenty of light. You will have almost sole use of the main bathroom as I have an en suite. Bills aren't included but will be split equally.

The building has a concierge which is great for deliveries and a few restaurants and cafes on the ground floor. There is everything in the local area from gyms to supermarkets. There are 2 communal terraces, one on the ground floor and another on the roof.

I work in education which keeps me busy during the week. I am pretty chilled and easy going. Looking for someone who is clean, easy to live with, chilled and up for drink/ dinner when we're both around. Nothing mad, party days are mostly over! Not looking for someone who works from home 24/7!
