We are looking for someone to rent our bedroom in our home, from 2 January for approx 6 months! All bills included except the electricity bill. Our light and airy penthouse has long views south, east and west. It’s the top floor of a converted Victorian schoolhouse, oriented to catch all available sun. Your room faces south and east, with an ensuite bathroom and two sets of double doors leading to your own private terrace, and the shared terrace too. You have shared use of the kitchen, lounge and dining area. London Fields station is 2 mins walk – Liverpool Street in 10 mins. We have a 50m lido, heated year-round, 2 mins walk away!
We don't mind smoking as long as it's on the balcony not inside the flat!
