I have a bright and spacious double room available within my 3 story, 4 bedroom terraced Hackney home.

The room
Is on the second floor at the front of the house
Very spacious (bigger than average) double with two sash windows, two alcoves and PLENTY of floor space

Fully furnished - although furniture can be removed if the tenant would like to bring their own - aside from the bed :)

The house
Is my family home
Although all of my children are grown and have flown the nest, they do tend to visit with my grandchildren - mainly at the weekends and during school holidays

Location
Excellently located - just off of Graham Rd
A 5min walk to gorgeous London Fields and the infamous Broadway market
Hackney central is a 8min walk away
Nearest bus stops a 5min walk away
London fields a 10min walk away

Me
I’m a very chilled out and respectful landlady who has had lots of lodgers before and up until recently I was letting the room out via air b&b, which has been a fantastic experience, but I am now looking for something more permanent

Lodger
I’m looking for someone chilled out, respectful and tidy - ideally a female who works full time and is looking for a stop gap/ somewhere no frills and cozy to rest

I love a good debate/discussions but also totally appreciate peoples need for space and quiet after a long day

You would have full access to the kitchen and all of the facilities and are welcome to use the garden which I hope to have finished renovating by late summer

I’m an animal lover and have 2 cats.
I also have a lurcher called Marv who is very friendly :)
He is not however allowed into the room!

The room will be available from the beginning of July But viewings are welcomed from now.
The room tends to go very quickly so booking a viewing early is highly recommended :)
