Spacious, bright, modern, airy flat in Haggerston

I am looking to rent out the spare room in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat in Haggerston from 24th May - 6th June. You would have sole use of the large family bathroom. I am also likely to be out of the UK for a month or 2 so may just have the whole flat to yourself!

About the flat:

The flat is modern, bright, and in the perfect location. Within walking distance of Broadway market, London Fields, Columbia road flower market, Dalston, Brick Lane, and Shoreditch, it really is perfectly placed to explore the cafes, parks, bars, and farm (!) of East London.

5min walk to Kingsland Road where there is a bus stop by the Tesco so can easily get into the City in about half an hour. Also walking distance to Liverpool Street, Old Street, and Bank. Very very close (4min walk) to Haggerston overground which can get you to Canary Wharf or the West End in 35-40 mins.

The apartment block has secure bike storage, a large private balcony perfect for tanning, and a private communal garden (fob access only). It has an airy, bright feel to it (thanks to the bi-folding French doors to the balcony), and comes with fully equipped high-spec fixtures, fittings, and finishes.

In full, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room (apologies, I don't have a picture at the moment) with 260cm/8.5ft sofa and dining table with adjoining kitchen. Open planish. Large TV, Nespresso machine and great large balcony (picture doesn't do it justice!)

I like to think the flat has everything it needs but definitely open to getting anything that you think would benefit it. Can also get rid or discuss anything you would like in the room itself. If you are into decorating or have your own furniture for the room or flat please feel free to put your touch on the place.

Wifi, TV, bills included. TV is currently Virgin Media including Sky Movies and Sky Sport + BT Sport. Have also Netflix and a cleaner fortnightly.

Me:

Pretty easy going, sociable, like eating out locally and further around London, fitness and doing other things people like to do in their 20s/30s in Hackney.

About you:

Really open on this. I don't mind if you smoke or drink even though I don't do either loads. Would be good if you are into fitness/gym as I try to get to Britannia Leisure Centre when possible.

More than happy for you to have friends over. I also tend to try to get out of London when I can so for a fair bit of the year so again, you will find yourself with a lovely flat to yourself and don't mind if you have friends stay over/visit for the week etc.

Whether you are creative or corporate, I am not too fussed on occupation.

Please note: The picture of your room is slightly different to how it is now. By the time you move in it will be pretty bare other than the bed. You can decorate and bring/remove any furniture you like.

Move in date can be sooner or later than the date I have posted above.

Parking is available in the basement of the building. I need to double check how much exactly.
