Double bedroom sublet in London Fields

Hey!

Double room sublet in this two bed top floor flat. The location is pretty amazing as it’s right next to London Fields and near a lovely street with some nice cafes and shops. The nearest tube stations are Hackney Central and Hackney Downs (about a 7 min walk away). Sainsbury’s and Tesco also very close. Also the lido is literally a 2 min walk away, if you like your swimming.

My flatmate is leaving end of March / start of April. I’m ideally looking to share this flat with someone in the creative sector too (I work in music), as it’s always nice to have interests in common, but not a must! But definitely someone who enjoys a laid back atmosphere and a clean home, and works out of the house (ie. not working full time at home).

Rent is £1200 plus bills which usually come to about £170 each depending on the time of year.
