THE FLAT

After five years, I'm leaving one of my favourite places I've ever lived — and that's saying something. The apartment is a first-floor, 3-bedroom flat in the Electric Lofts building, a two-minute walk from London Fields Overground. It's a genuinely special space: a massive open-plan living room, exposed brick throughout the dining and kitchen area, and more room than you'd ever expect to find this close to the heart of East London.

The living room is large enough to host dinner parties, set up a home gym, or just properly stretch out — not something you take for granted in London. Fully equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and plenty of storage. There's also secure bike storage in the shared courtyard out back.

THE ROOM

The room is huge. Genuinely. There's ample space for a proper desk setup alongside your bedroom furniture, which makes it ideal if you're working from home. It faces the courtyard and catches the morning sun. Unfurnished, so it's a blank canvas.

THE FLATMATES

Katia & Rebekah who are some of the most genuine and fun people to live with. I'd still be here if I hadn't bought my own place.
On weekends you'll find them at Broadway Market on a Saturday, hunting down a Sunday roast at a local pub, or opening a bottle of wine for an impromptu dinner at home (the flat was basically built for hosting). Occasionally a weeknight will turn into something similar.

They're looking for someone who's clean, considerate, and easy to live with. Not just a flatmate, but someone who'll add to the dynamic. The trips, the dinners, the wandering around East London on a Saturday afternoon.
