Beautiful Room in luxury flat - short term rental

Beautiful room in a luxury apartment in the heart of Hackney. Just a 3 minute walk from Hackney Central station and a short walk from London Fields and the bustle of Broadway market. Available from the 30th August (dates are flexible) for a 4 mo. sublet.

Please note downstairs are doing an internal renovation which will end in October. Any disruption is only weekdays between 8am and 4pm. For the duration of the work, rent will be reduced to £1100. Should the rental be extended, normal rent is £1250

The property:
The apartment is situated in the middle floor of a 3 story Victorian Conversion. It has a total of two bedrooms. The back bedroom (my room), I am renting out for a short period of 1-2 months while I am placed in a different area of the UK. The other room is occupied by a lovely, bubbly 30 year old Aussie called Tiarne. There is one shared bathroom, which has been recently renovated and has great water pressure. A shared living room space which the sun streams into on a bright day with a super comfy green velvet sofa, TV and small desk area which we occasionally work from. This leads through into the kitchen with ample cupboard space, a washing machine and fridge freezer.

The room:
The room is situated at the back of the house and is nice and quiet with a big window that overlooks a garden. It is a large room with a king size bed that has a tempur (memory foam) mattress - probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. There is lots of storage with a mirrored wardrobe and drawers, as shown in the photos. Obviously all my stuff will be removed and put into storage for the duration of the rental.

The area:
The property is located just a 3 minute walk from Hackney Central Station and around a 5 minute walk from London Fields park. We are around 10-15 minutes from Broadway which has a great bustle at the weekend with food and trinket markets on Saturdays and Sundays. There is great nightlife around the area, if that interests you. It has the perfect mix of slightly more homely and residential still with lots to do and loads of spots to eat out and go for drinks or a coffee

The flatmate:
I have lived in this property since Jun 2019 and am the owner. Tiarne, my flatmate, joined me in June having moved over from Australia. She is 30, lively and bubbly but also happy to have her own space. She enjoys a quiet night in watching Netflix or heading out for a run/joining me at hot yoga. She is also impartial to a couple of drinks, or a nice Sunday roast/trip down to Colombia Road flower market on a Sunday. She currently works in the finance team for a start up bank.

Bills:
Most bills are included in the monthly rent with the exception of gas and electric which will be covered on a monthly basis as the bills come in.
