Beautiful room in a luxury apartment in the heart of Hackney. Just a 3 minute walk from Hackney Central station and a short walk from London Fields and the bustle of Broadway market. Available from 1st October - can be earlier if needed
The property:
The apartment is situated in the middle floor of a 3 story Victorian Conversion. It has a total of two bedrooms. The back bedroom facing the neighbours garden is the one to be rented. The other room is occupied by a lovely, bubbly girl called Poppy. She is an absolute ray of sunshine. There is one shared bathroom, which has been recently renovated and has great water pressure. A shared living room space which the sun streams into on a bright day with a super comfy green velvet sofa, TV and small desk area which we occasionally work from. This leads through into the kitchen with ample cupboard space, a washing machine and fridge freezer.

The room:
The room is situated at the back of the house and is nice and quiet with a big window that overlooks a garden. It is a large room with a king size bed that has a tempur (memory foam) mattress - probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. There is lots of storage with a mirrored wardrobe and drawers, as shown in the photos.

The area:
The property is located just a 3 minute walk from Hackney Central Station and around a 5 minute walk from London Fields park. We are around 10-15 minutes from Broadway which has a great bustle at the weekend with food and trinket markets on Saturdays and Sundays. There is great nightlife around the area, if that interests you. It has the perfect mix of slightly more homely and residential still with lots to do and loads of spots to eat out and go for drinks or a coffee

The flatmate:
I have lived in this property since Jun 2019 and am the owner. Poppy, my flatmate, joined me in January and is a close friend. . She is 29, full of energy and is genuinely one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She enjoys a quiet night in watching Netflix or heading out for some outdoor activities. She is currently a freelance yoga teacher and masseuse.

Bills:
Most bills are included in the monthly rent with the exception of gas and electric which will be covered on a monthly basis as the bills come in.

I am moving out because my circumstances have changed but I have loved living in this property. Hoping to find someone to will cherish it as much as I have over my time here
