London Fields flat shared with me! (w/ garden)

My friend Mo is moving out at the beginning of July, so I am looking for a housemate to share a lovely 3-bed flat in Dalston with me. There will be only two of us in the house :)

The house is conveniently located between Dalston Junction and London Fields and is quite comfortable and spacious for two people. The ground floor features a large, well-equipped kitchen and common space with big windows looking out onto our lovely garden, while the first floor is occupied by the three bedrooms and one bathroom (with a bathtub). There is plenty of storage space, and we use the small third bedroom as a studio and guest room. Your bedroom window looks out onto the garden, and it is nice and quiet.

I am looking for someone tidy :) and respectful of the house, someone who cares about their own space and privacy, but who would also enjoy chats and a drink with me every now and then. I prefer not to be hosting a lot of parties, but it’s a very welcoming place for occasional dinners with friends, of course, and I love to cook. Ideally, I would like to share the house with someone who cares about it and is willing to look after it.

Please note that the room comes unfurnished (so you can make it your own!), but the rest of the house is fully furnished, and there is no space for additional furniture apart from your room.

I am a professional in my mid-30s working in the art world. I am passionate about music, art, and history, go to gigs a lot and love cooking and reading. I am private but also sociable … so looking for a good balance there!

I am looking for a professional in their 30s who will be renting the larger double bedroom (unfurnished, £1350 a month plus bills, around £150). I will manage all the bills, and I hold the lease, so you will be subletting from me. I have a good relationship with the landlord, who is quite hands-off.
