About the flat:
Large double room in London Fields - 4 minute walk from Hackney Central overground station, 5 minute walk to London Fields and 10 minutes from Broadway market.
Room is unfurnished but I have some pieces of furniture (clothes racks/couch/desk) available for a reasonable price.
The room is very large for the money and you can easily set up a home office in there with plenty of space to spare. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other tenant. Bills are approximately 130-150.
The shared spaces including open plan kitchen and garden/patio area are also very nice and spacious.
About the housemates:
You would be sharing with Matt (Scottish) and Boris (Bulgarian), aged 32 and 34. Matt works in fashion and Boris in hospitality. They both work hard but are also always down for sharing a beer, going out to events or just chilling at home. They are hoping to find someone that shares a similar vibe, enjoys a beer, going out but also respectful of each others space.
We will be organising some viewings on Monday 29 May and Monday 5 June. If you are interested, drop us a line about yourself and we will be in touch.
