Ensuite bedroom in 2bed flat in London field

2bed 2bath flat near broadway market.
I am looking for one person to stay double bed room from 19th September for at least a year. (No short term sorry)

Flat is 1st floor(has lift) located on mare street, Hackney.
Building has live in porter. He can come for fixing most of small things and open the main gate for parcels when you are out. Ground floor has amazon locker and parcel garage so it’s less likely loosing parcels. +Also has bike storage if you have one!

Inside of flat
Whole flat has wooden floors and underfloor heating except bathrooms.
South facing window, (lots of sun when weather is nice). Good soundproof.
Hallway has space for washing machine, and shoe rack. (I don’t wear shoes in the house, hope its ok for you as well x).
Open plan kitchen with induction and dishwasher. I have most stuff for kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, Brita and etc) + massive table
Living room space has 3person sofa x 2, air purifier, tv, dyson.
Bed room is furnished, has double bed(+under bed storage), wardrobe, drawers.
Big bathroom(sole use) has bathtub and lots of shelves, good water pressure.

Area
Its my favourite area so far, there is Victoria park and London field park 5min walk away, organic shops (3 asian too), loads of buses, nearest station is London field overground. Hackney central, Haggerston, Bethnal green station is also nearby. Broadway market is in 10min walk, Netil food market is in 5min. There is gym in 2min away if you keen! Also there is bunch of cute restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs nearby.

I am South Korean self employed working mostly in fashion and music industry. Have lived in london about 12years, and this house for 6years.
As I am freelancer, my schedule is quite random. Still have holiday in odd season, love cooking, having nice food and drink, stick on sofa all day when I don’t work (you are welcome to join), making weird cute clay things, running and yoga.
Also I am smoker but I try to keep flat fresh and nice.

Im looking for person who can have small talk after a day, share dinner or wine together but also have own life.
+ Current flatmate and I do rotation cleaning every Sunday(can be Sat or Mon depending on each other’s schedule) Would love to find person willing to do this to maintain home clean.
