Large double room in London Fields

A large and bright double bedroom in our wonderful London Fields flat is becoming available from the 1st of November.

About the flat:

A bright and modern 2 1/2 bed flat situated on the third floor of the building, with London Fields right on your doorstep and a short walk through the park to the overground. The building is on a quiet residential street and the location is perfect for exploring Hackney, with the fantastic restaurants and cafes of Broadway Market and Mare Street an easy 10 minute walk away.

The flat includes a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen, with a large fridge, a gas hob and plenty of cupboard space. The living room gets plenty of light throughout the day thanks to the balcony, which provides stunning views over the city. Additionally, there is a study which is fully set up for home working.

The large bedroom gets plenty of light and comes with a wardrobe with a built in chest of drawers. The bathroom is just outside the door, which will be yours exclusively and comes with an overhead shower and bath.

Bills come to around £100/month, which includes a cleaner who comes fortnightly. Council tax is £164/month, split between all tenants.

You will be sharing the flat with Simran (me) and Kirsty. We are a friendly and sociable couple who enjoy spending evenings cooking and hanging out in the living room for a chat or to watch a movie. A little more about us:

Simran - A 30 year old software engineer. During the week, I split my time between working from home and cycling into work in Farringdon. On the weekends, I enjoy playing golf or meeting up with friends to explore the excellent bars and restaurants of Hackney.

Kirsty - A 29 year old speech and language therapist.
