We have a room available in our three bedroom flat from 16th of November. We are both women in our late twenties/early thirties working in the design industry and are looking for someone who is kind, sociable, clean and keen to join our flat!
The rent is £886 (less than the other rooms as it’s smaller) excl. bills and the bond is £1,067 (the flats total rent divided by 3 - Spareroom wouldn’t let that be entered 🤷♀️). Fixed bills (council tax band C, water & wifi) come to £80pm each and energy is currently about £30pcm each (lower/higher in summer/winter).
The room available is an cosy one overlooking the street and a beautiful big tree. It can fit a double bed, and there is some storage space elsewhere in the flat. The previous flatmate is moving into an unfurnished house with her partner, but may be open to selling some furniture (e. g. bed frame as it does fit perfectly!).
We're in a great location with London Fields at the end of the road and Haggerston station a 6 min walk away. The local grocery shop is 4 mins away and Lidl and Tesco are both within walking distance.
