Double Room with Ensuite — Female preferred

We have a double room with ensuite opening in our 3-bedroom flat available from 28 July.

Our flatmate is starting a new chapter to move in with her partner, so we're seeking a new addition to add a warm energy to our flat.

Our home is filled with greenery near London Fields Park, Victoria Park, and Regents Canal and spoilt for food choices with Broadway Market, Pophams Cafe, Mare Street Market, and Colombia Road, all close-by.

We’re Tina (31, originally from Melbourne, living in London for 2.5 years) and Katy (29, from Cambridge, new-ish to London). Our spacious flat features two outdoor areas, a large open-plan lounge/kitchen, underfloor heating and a building concierge.

The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, bed side tables, drawers, wardrobe and ensuite. There is room for a desk and an extra wardrobe if you need.

We enjoy spending time together, occasionally host dinner parties or unwind with a movie, and relax on the balcony in the summertime. We like the flat to be a considerate and lovely place to live and are looking for someone who isn’t afraid of household cleaning and giving our home some love.

We're on the lookout for a friendly, clean and considerate female roommate, who’s a young professional with a mix of WFH and office schedule. Preferably in her 30s but we’re open to all ages if you share our vibe.

£1200/month plus approx £112 for bills and internet.
