Double Room In London Fields

A double bedroom in an established two bedroom house is available immediately.
House is to be shared with Japanese creative / artist (male). I have lived in this house over 10 years.

The house is conveniently located. 1 min away from London Fields park, Broadway market, restaurants, cafes, cinema and supermarket.
Transport - 3 mins walk to London Fields Station, 5mins walk to Hackney Central Station and close to buses.

Looking for a clean, like minded professional creative type person.
I sometimes work in the living room in the morning so if you are kind of a person that goes to work every day that would work well.

The room has a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair and a monitor - as you can see in the picture. The whole flat is furnished so I am looking for someone who doesn't have much belongings or furniture.

I sometimes use the living room (not your room) for work so it would be great if I could keep using the lounge when I am at home.
But I have a studio/office which is nearby so I often go there to work as well.

I (We) keep the house pretty clean usually.
Cleaner comes every Saturday.

Happy to rent short - mid term as well.
