ABOUT US:
Callum, a 32-year-old Brit from Somerset working in advertising tech sales. You'll normally find me doing some sort of Sport. I love running, cycling, skiing, and hitting the gym...always up for a running buddy! Also partial to a bit of travel, chats, podcasts, roast dinners, trash TV, Netflix on the sofa (with snacks), or a cheeky bakery trip.

Tyler, 32 year-old Canadian professional from Toronto working in climate technology investing. I've been in London for 3 years. I work hard during the week, weeknights I'm usually bouldering, at the gym, reading or out socially. Weekends I'm out enjoying the city, up for nightlife, backpacking/travelling, snowboarding, surfing, acoustic guitar. Into politics, business, science & tech and great conversations.

We both work hybrid office 2-4 days per week. Bills are an additional £130 each per month including per-person council tax £50, internet £12, water £15, a great cleaner every 2wks £20, electricity £30. The flat was built in 2020, everything works, in-floor heating is nice esp. on weekends, landlord is a corporate owner. 2 small balconies get some morning & afternoon sun.

ABOUT YOU:
A like-minded sociable professional who will contribute to our relaxed house atmosphere. Ideally, we're looking for somebody who is up for a chat/chill in front of the TV when they're around but it's not an obligation, we both have our own lives and friends so totally understand people being busy. Bonus if you're into exercise, chill nights in, adventuring around London and perhaps Europe. We are both big into our winter sports so if you're a legit skier/snowboarder bonus points!
