Lovely double room available in London Fields

Room available in a 3-bed flat located in London Fields from July 7th.

The flat is split across two floors and has an open plan communal area with kitchen, living room and dining areas as well as a balcony/ terrace and is situated minutes from London Fields park, lido and overground station.

The bedroom available is a lovely, light double room - it comes furnished with a chest of drawers and clothes rack and there is room for a desk and chair. It is on the bottom floor of the flat, along with one of the other bedrooms and a bathroom. The room shares the bathroom with one other person (as one of the other bedrooms has an ensuite). The price of the room is £995 per month excluding bills (council tax band is D).

You will be sharing with Lucie (a creative) and Milli (works in finance) and will be replacing Saskia, who is sadly moving out in July to go travelling for a few months. We are all friends and have just turned 30. We are all independent, outgoing and often out and about but we all have fun and enjoy hanging out together when in the house and going out for drinks, to the cinema, playing ping-pong or skating/ rollerblading in the park together from time to time. We all like to keep a nice, wholesome and sociable home environment.

The area around the flat is filled with lots of coffee shops, lunch spots, restaurants, pubs and bars and there are lots of green spaces on the doorstop in addition to London Fields. Cambridge Heath, Hackney Central and Bethnal Green stations are also all well within walking distance.

Our priority is to find the right person but ideally the new housemate would be a similar age to us (late twenties to mid thirties), employed/ a young professional who goes into the office at least 2-3 times a week and a respectful, considerate and fun housemate! Open to both female/ male. No couples.
