Single room available in peaceful flat.

We have a single room available in our flat, just around the corner from London Fields and Broadway Market. London Fields, Dalston Junction and Hackney Central stations are all within walking distance, providing connections to Highbury and Liverpool Street, and there are many bus routes accessing Shoreditch and central London within a 5 minute walk.

The room comes with plenty of storage space and there is storage available elsewhere in the flat as well. There is space for a desk in the room, although some may find it a bit of a squeeze for a full time remote job, so would suit someone who does not work from home.

The flat has a kitchen, lounge room (with TV), one bathroom and a separate toilet. All bills are included, and we all chip in regularly to keep the place clean and tidy.

We are 3 professionals in our late 30s/early 40s and are looking for a like-minded female housemate. I work in the NHS, Eleonore is a project manager, and Magda works in fashion sales. We enjoy chatting when we see each other around the house and maintaining a friendly, homely atmosphere, but we also respect each others space and privacy, and are happy to do our own thing. Our partying days are well behind us, and we like to keep the house quiet and peaceful. We tend to do our socialising outside of the flat rather than at home, and on the odd occasion that we have someone over, we check in with each other first.

Rent in £695 per month. We will all be signing a joint tenancy agreement together for 6 months with a possibility to extend the lease if everyone wanted to stay. This will be done directly with our landlord who is very nice and quick to respond when issues arise. No agencies involved! The room is available from the 10th June (but possible to move on the 8th or 9th given that the 10th is a Monday).
