Double bedroom available in two bedroom flat

Hey 👋🏽
I’m Rachel, I’m the current tenant. My housemate is moving out as she is having a baby, so I am looking for a like minded individual to move into the available room.
The room is light and airy, and has an en-suite, toilet basin, and shower, heated towel rail and cabinet.

The bedroom can either come furnished or unfurnished.
We have a bright open planned kitchen/lounge (with lots of plants everywhere)
The kitchen is completely kitted out with full untensils, pots, pans, kettle, toaster etc.
The flat is split on to two levels, one bedroom being above the other, with the bedroom which is available being downstairs next door to the kitchen / lounge.

I am looking for someone to come and put there stamp on the flat, to feel relaxed and comfortable in the space and make it homely.
I work as a full time nanny, so I will be out of the house from 7am-6pm mon-fri
So if someone needed to work from home, the flat is all yours.
I would describe myself as a laid back, outgoing individual, who enjoys cooking and chatting over food but equally likes my own space.
I like to keep my home nice and tidy, and definitely wouldn’t call this flat a party home.
I enjoy travelling , and spend weekends at friends and families, but when in London, I enjoy swimming at the lido, spin classes and eating out.
