Double room in a Large Apartment

I am looking for a tenant either short term or longer if the connection works. It’s a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, but I am looking for just one person to live with, so would have the main bathroom to themselves.
The apt has just undergone a huge renovation to a very high standard.
It’s on the top/ 3rd floor and is a very bright apt as there are floor to ceiling windows through out.
I am a gay guy, chilled and enjoy my own company. I am looking for similar, yet at times to enjoy dinners and drinks together. I have a small dog called Billy, so please be dog friendly.
I’m looking for someone who doesn’t work from home as i work as a therapist from home.
I would prefer that your socialising happens mostly outside of the apt as it’s a shared open kitchen/ dining living room. The rent includes a cleaner twice a month. I am extremely tidy/ slightly ocd, and am looking for someone who will respect this and keep the property tidy at all times.
