The apartment is across 2 floors, with a shared living room and kitchen space on the bottom floor, plus a gorgeous balcony overlooking London Fields and The City.!

There are two double bedrooms separated by a shared bathroom. The room is furnished with a double bed and built-in wardrobe space. The room itself also has its own private patio area.

The location is amazing and a stone's throw from the overground and some of the best bars/restaurants in London.

A bit about me: I enjoy gym/running, pub, meals out, and enjoying the area.

I also run a start-up business in an office space I rent a few doors down. I'm mostly in the office Mon- Fri but am often in and out due to the office being a few doors down!

I am looking for a like-minded person who enjoys similar interests to me. Is for up a pint/run/watch the footy etc. Ultimately, someone who can become a mate.

The rent is £1000 per month and bills all in (elec, water, council tax, internet) are about to be around £200 on top.
