We are looking for a fourth girl to fill a room in our lovely flat by the canal, just a 3 minute walk to Broadway Market.

Rent: £1075 pcm (excluding bills, they usually come to ~70ish)

Move in date: March 1st

Council Tax: Band C (£36.50 per month per person)

About the room:
Bright second floor room with a double bed and large storage space. The room comes with an optional mirror, desk, lamps, bedside table, and cabinets, as our current flatmate is moving away and is happy to leave her furniture behind.

About the flat:
4 bedroom, 1 full bath & 1 half bath with a garden. Amazing location with Broadway Market and London Fields less than a 5 minute walk away, 10 minute walk from Victoria Park & Columbia Road. Lots of beautiful green space, small supermarkets, restaurants, pubs & bars very near. Transport-wise, there are 3 overground stations (Haggerston, London Fields, Cambridge Heath) within a 10 min walking distance. Bethnal Green station is ~25 min walk, and there are buses that go to central in under 30 mins.

We've all been living together for over a year and are close friends. It would be ideal to find someone who’s interested in being more than just a flatmate! We frequently do things together like cooking (semi) weekly dinners, pub quizzes, gigs, and trying new food spots. Although we enjoy each others company, we also have our own schedules, which we’re respectful of.

We’re looking for a working professional, someone around the same age as us, and very tidy. Would love to show the flat in person + meet first if possible :))
