We are looking for a fourth girl to fill a room asap in our lovely flat by the canal just a 3 minute walk to broadway market.

-Rent: £925 pcm (excluding bills, they usually come to ~70ish)
-Move in date ~August 5th
-13 month contract
-Council Tax band C (£139 for household)

About the room: Bright second floor room with a small double bed and medium wardrobe. As you can see in the photos the room has space for a small desk and more. It’s not a large space but it’s cozy fits all the essentials!

About the flat: 4 bedroom, 1 full bath & 1 half bath with a garden. Amazing location with broadway market and London fields less than 5 minute walk away, 10 minute walk from Victoria park & Columbia Road. Lots of beautiful green space, small supermarkets, restaurants, pubs & bars very near. Transport wise there are 3 overground stations (haggerston, london fields, cambridge heath) within 10 min walking distance, bethnal green station is ~25 min walk, and buses that go to central in under 30 mins.

I’ve been living in london for nearly 2 years, originally from new york state. I’m a graphic designer working full time in the city area. I love art, design, interior decorating, cooking, & nature. i’m currently obsessed with gardening in our back yard as well.

We all met when we started living together last September and are good friends now. It would be ideal to find someone who’s interested in being more than just a flatmate! We frequently do things together but also have our own schedules during the week which we’re respectful of.
