Looking for 1 female flatmate

Hi!

My housemate’s visa is expiring so I’m looking for someone to take her room from the 20th of August for 1 year minimum.

Rent is £1400 per month per person. Will add deposit once I’m back home from work 😅

I’ve lived in this lovely 2 bed 2 bath flat for 5 years, it’s bright, with a view over Stonebridge Gardens. It’s 1 min walk from Haggerston Station, 15 min walk to London Fields and 20 min walk to Shoreditch.

Bills are not included and are about under £200 per person per month.

The room available has it’s own big bathroom, built in wardrobe, and floor to ceiling windows. It is furnished with a bed side table, and bed (which has built in storage drawers) that can also convert into a single bed. The rest of the flat is furnished.

The flat is on the 4th floor, the building has a lift.

A little about me:

I’m Céline, Italian professional working from home 2 days a week. I’m a creative in my free time so I do spend a lot of my time working away in my room and then love a good hang out at dinner time and on the weekends.

Hobbies include designing knitwear and music!
