Double room to rent in a flat share. On the sort after Graham Road.. The landlord used to live in this flat for 15 years and after him, all tenants who have lived there since have fallen in love with this property and hold it close to their hearts. It has good vibes running through its timbers..
It is crawling distance to some great pubs like The Spurstowe Arms , Three compasses, The Queensbridge and the Prince George. 5 Minutes walk to London Fields where summer months feel like a festival on your doorstep. Nothing better than overlooking the mayhem from Pub on the Park.

The Flat boasts great bus connections, 38/242 on the doorstep and 19/10 a stones throw away.

Overground rail - Dalston Junction is a 5 minute walk. and the happening nightlife that Dalston brings.

It's also very close to Broadway market where you can find great restaurants and bars.

The Flat is actually over three floors. Lounge and WC on the Raised Ground, Kitchen and bedroom on the 1st, which is for rent and the Bathroom is on the 2nd floor with my current tenants room. There is over 600 square foot of shared living space all joined together by a central spiral staircase. It’s extremely unusual..

Ok, so about the place. It is £1000 rent plus bills. Bills will approx amount to an extra £175 a month including council tax. Again this depends on time of year as summer has less heating etc.
