Unfurnished Double Rooms in London Fields Flat

We have 2 large unfurnished double rooms available in a great flat near the buzzing Broadway Market and next to the London Fields Park. Move in date is asap.

The flat is a 10 minute walk to London Fields overground, a 15 minute walk to Bethnal Green underground station, and within walking distance of Shoreditch and Liverpool Street.

You would be living with 2 other housemates (4 in total). We are all professionals in fashion, fitness and wellbeing.

We are sociable, have our own interests going on, but also rather busy and value being able to come to a clean, calm home to relax, not a party house.

The rooms available share the bathroom with only one other, the other two flatmates have their own (the pictures of the bathroom are new.)

Third floor of the flat boasts a shared living space with east - west windows, balcony, sofa and a family table. The space is big enough to work, have meals, practise yoga etc. The kitchen downstairs is also huge and this is where we sometimes hang out to catch up.

There is also a separate utility laundry room with some additional storage space. This is a truly a gem of an appartment, with a secure front door and a separate coded access to the corridor leading to the flat.

Rent is £1045/month + bills (monthly: Council Tax, Electricity, Broadband, but water is paid twice a year.)

Deposit is £500.

The rooms are available asap, and we prefer somebody to move in as close as possible.

We are looking for a professionals of any gender, 30yo+. We have cats and dogs occasionally visiting so hopefully you are an animal lover or at least not allergic, but unfortunately the landlord doens't want any to stay permanently.

No couples, sorry.
