Spacious Double Room with En-Suite

Our house is a 3-floored terraced house, with the bedroom located on the first floor. We have a decently sized garden, a large open plan kitchen-diner, and a separate lounge with a balcony and an olympic grade ping pong table.

The room comes with 2 built in wardrobes, and the en-suite is a bath-shower.

The current flatmates are Nima, Geoff, Rohan and Max. We are all close friends, and spend a lot of time together as a house. Our other flatmate, who we’re equally as close with is studying in Paris next year, hence the spare room becoming free. Nima works in the public sector as a researcher, Rohan works in film, Geoff is a teacher, and Max works in sales.

As a house I’d say we’re definitely on the social side and spend most evenings hanging out, and we go out quite often together. There’ll always be something going on, and we’re all very keen on integrating you into our group.

We’re not looking for any type or profile of person, so all are welcome, just as long as you also enjoy lounging about sipping wine and talking nonsense

We’re a 5 min walk to Haggerston station, 10 minute walk into Dalston, 8 min walk to London Fields, 15 min walk to Broadway market, 30 min walk into Shoreditch and Brick Lane, and there’s loooads of bars clubs and restaurants within a 20 min walk.

Bills are around 120 total pm including council tax, but we rent out our parking space which brings in around 40 a month each so id say expect to pay anywhere between 80-100.

(We are ok with smoking btw just out the balcony upstairs or in the garden)
