Hi My flatmate is moving out with their partner and I am looking for someone to replace him. It’s a double room where you can fit a desk. The flat has two beds and two baths and you will get your own bath, and your bathroom is massive (pictures don’t quite do it justice!). The flat is beautiful and modern and we’ve done a lot to make it feel more like home. It is really spacious, with an open plan kitchen adjoining a big shared living room. There is also a lovely patio which is great for coffees and dinners and facing a private internal courtyard. We get the morning sun!

I am very keen on cycling and running, with the canal right next to the flat. It is easy to run from there to Victoria Park for a nice 5km. Broadway Market/London Fields is 15min walk away as well. The nearest station is Haggerston, and it’s well connected by bus routes as well. King’s Cross/St Pancras is a 15 min cycle away. There is a secure bike storage if you are keen cyclist like me or lots of stations near us for lime and Santander bikes. Moving in date is flexible Sept-Nov.
