About us:
I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in Hackney by London Fields, as I am moving out of London for health reasons.
We are two guys (Dennis & Richard) in our thirties. We are queer and SW friendly, go to the relevant parties (Unfold and similar) and are looking for someone who is open-minded or like-minded to replace myself (Dennis). Absolutely no requirement to be any of the above but you might see suggestive art or the occasional friend in a party outfit.
Richard has a 5 year old son who is here every other weekend. He’s sweet and super easy going.
About the room:
Spacious bedroom with good light and brand new wooden floors, separate private bathroom (not en-suite, separated by a shared corridor)
About the flat:
Large shared living room / kitchen area.
Well insulated and quiet, modern appliances including dish washer. Newly replaced wooden floors. Cosy living area and lighting.
Decent internet connection.
Roughly 80m2 on the first floor (no lift) of a multi tenant converted factory with mostly young people.
3min walk from London Fields overground station
8min walk from Hackney Central
Walking distance to Broadway Market, Victoria Park and even Columbia Road.
Bus stops just around the corner.
Many grocery shops (Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury) and corner stores close by.
